Beta program
PackProof is currently in beta. The service is provided as-is while we iterate. We may change features without notice during beta.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Invite only people you trust; admins can change anyone's role and remove users.
Your content
Video files recorded through PackProof belong to you. We don't store them and make no claims on them. The log entries (order, duration, user, timestamp) we keep on your behalf belong to your organization.
Acceptable use
Don't use PackProof to record anything that isn't your own fulfillment process. Don't use it in violation of local law. Don't attempt to break, probe, or disrupt the service.
Termination
You can uninstall PackProof from Shopify at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
Liability
PackProof is provided without warranty. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the last 12 months (which, during beta, is zero).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We'll show a notice in-app for material changes.
